Origin of the INEVAL course

In 1996 a new business association, Ecoval, was born in Barcelona to pave the way to a more human business environment. As a result, three years later the first "Joan Casals Prize to the best Human Values Company" was called for by the PIMEC Business Association together with Ecoval.  Afterwards, several among the many companies that opted to it requested methods and tools to implement the Human Values philosophy propagated by the Prize. This Foundation was created to respond to that requirement and the "INEVAL Method" sums up the knowledge and the experience gathered around this subject by its founder, also Ecoval’s co-founder and president.

The INEVAL Method

Human beings are reluctant to change, even for their benefit. This comes to be the main obstacle encountered by traditional tuition methods based in a mere information exchange, even if it is spiced with multimedia, as often happens nowadays.

Any person's behaviour is born at four levels of the personality: conscious, subconscious, unconscious and super conscious. Therefore, one cannot modify behaviour unless all four levels are addressed in training. Specifically, reactions inside a human team are usually born from the subconscious and the unconscious minds, making conscious training useless in practice.

Therefore, the INEVAL Method trains all four levels in order to reach its purpose: that people can live, work and relate with poise, rationality, peace of mind and efficiency.

The following are taught:

·         Information for the conscious mind, delivered in such a way that attendants do not become saturated and tired.

·         Mental exercises that open up sub-conscious vicious loops.

·         Physical exercises designed to train the unconscious mind and liberate accumulated stress.

·         Group activities that deliver messages to the super-conscious mind.

The INEVAL Course is stimulating.  People who attend it soon discover that hours go by quickly, as they feel better than ever.

Sources of the course

The INEVAL Method is a synthesis of approaches from India, Japan and Europe.

  • The masterly human values concepts developed in India for centuries, adopted by all major religions and philosophical schools, prove of high value for life and business when applied the INEVAL way. They were accompanied by a host of time-proven self-inquiry techniques.

  • The Japanese schools that study human behaviour as a consequence of body architecture have developed a robust and elaborate classification of human types that has no par in the world. INEVAL has simplified it for easy business application. Japan also shares with other Asian countries the culture of “ki” and the development of fine perception techniques, excelling in their application to modern life.

  • The Socratic way of teaching, Majeutics, is possibly Europe’s top contribution to individual mental freedom, leading to an unparalleled learning depth. It is generally accepted that in this continent is where outer-inquiry, pragmatism and rationality are more widespread, especially tinged of humanism in the Mediterranean countries.

  • INEVAL has done more than merging elements from those cultures and techniques.  Its founder has been working for over 30 years in the subject and his multifaceted approach has inspired some striking original conclusions.
